Welcome, new readers, to my Website. I am a fan of mainly Romance, Science Fiction, and Fantasy books. I have been writing since I was probably 11 years old, and I love to read. I mostly wrote newspaper articles in High school and College and won a few awards. It was fun, but my passion was to write stories. I like writing short stories, novels, and poetry. I am currently working on several novels, and a poem will often come to me. I am a single mom of three boys and two girls, so writing can be difficult at times. I live in Stafford, Virginia. Usually, my ideas come to me in the middle of the night, so I keep scraps of paper next to my bed. Sometimes writing in the dark makes it hard to read, but I never remember to turn on the light, so trying to read them the next day is funny. My three boys are all grown up, so I no longer have to fight them for the computer. The chaos in my home can be distracting, but I manage to turn my inspiration into something readable. I hope you enjoy my work and will come back for more. I published my first novel, Alanda In Time, in 2010. It is the first in a series of at least 3 novels. I am finally ready to finish writing the 2nd book, and when I reread Alanda In Time to make sure that I had the characters and plot all in line and correct in my mind before I began to write, well, I was not happy with it. It seemed flat and slow, without enough details, so I am rewriting it, and it will be longer and more involved. I will not release it until at least book 2 is finished and possibly book 3 is written. Then I may publish them all at once or only a month or two between each release. I am planning on doing a Vlog about my progress and releasing teasers on my website and social media groups. I will also be writing a Newsletter, so fill out a Contact Us Form with your information to join up. This is the beginning of my new journey, and I would like to invite you to join me on it.
